- Miss zero days. Consistency outranks intensity every time.
- Start smaller than feels respectable. Two minutes completed beats thirty minutes abandoned.
- Track visibly. Mark the calendar. Do not break the chain.
- If a day is missed, restart at Day 1. This is not punishment — it is the honest acknowledgement that a broken chain is a new chain, not a continued one.
Choose your track — maximum three. Do not deploy every track at once. Master one. Then add the next.
Daily Commitment — 15 Minutes of Prayer and Scripture Before Checking the Phone
- Woke and went directly to prayer space — no phone first
- Read at least one chapter of Scripture
- Prayed for at least ten minutes — communion, not only petition
- Journalled one insight or conviction
Week 1 — Establish the routine

Milestones Worth Marking

- Day 14 — The halfway point. Share the progress with your accountability partner.
- Day 21 — The pattern is no longer effortful. Reflect on what has shifted internally.
- Day 30 — Full completion. Mark it properly, and name what comes next.
